“I like contrasting everyday problems with death, it takes away their power for a moment. Dystopia creeps in further everyday, it's hard not to talk about it.”

— XCOPY, to Eleonora Brizi for THE VAULT by $WHALE, Artsy Editorial, October 2021

I think it's really important to do everything I can to maintain the work I've put out into the world. You can mint new tokens, but you can't truly replace the original, especially years later. I used to think of my NFTs as a chronological archive, but now I see them as more like a garden that needs to be maintained.

Three collections resolve to a verified slug under his owner wallet; the work counts are theirs. Volume and sales figures are not shown on this page — they were not measured for this profile, and an unmeasured number is worse than none. A fourth body of work, DAMAGE CONTROL, is named in OpenSea's own writing but resolves to no collection page, so it is not counted here.

Anonymous since the beginning, and still anonymous. The loops distort, stutter and burn — and the practice has outlasted every cycle that was supposed to end it.

One more line, and no biography

Jpegs (NFTs) are the trojan horse to take crypto mainstream.
