In short. You can delete your Alfred account and everything attached to it from inside the app, in about ten seconds, without contacting anyone. If you've already uninstalled Alfred, email us instead and we'll do it for you.

Option 1 — In the app

Open Alfred and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm twice. The second prompt is the point of no return.

Deletion runs immediately. There is no waiting period, no support ticket, and no way for us to undo it afterwards.

Option 2 — By email

If you no longer have the app installed, send a message to hello@meetalfred.io from the email address you signed up with, with the subject Account deletion request.

We use the sending address to identify your account, so it has to be the one you registered with. We action these within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

Everything we hold that is attached to your account:

Account and profile — your Alfred profile record and user settings
Email address and sign-in identity — removed from our database and from Privy, our sign-in provider, so the address no longer signs in anywhere
Wallet addresses you added, and the cached NFT and token holdings we fetched for them
Your manual entries — purchase costs, purchase dates, notes, and any other overrides you recorded
Portfolio history — snapshots, transactions, and collection statistics
Push notification tokens and your notification preferences
Feedback and support messages you sent us from inside the app
Share links and public profile pages you created (these stop resolving)
Subscription record, and any active subscription is cancelled as part of the deletion

What we keep, and why

Data	Why	How long
Payment and invoice records	Required by Czech accounting law (Act 563/1991). These are held by our payment processor; we retain only the fact that a subscription existed.	Typically 10 years
Anonymised aggregate statistics	Counts such as "total users in May". These carry no identifier and cannot be traced back to you.	Indefinite
Public blockchain data	We don't hold this in any meaningful sense — your on-chain history exists on Ethereum and Solana whether Alfred is involved or not. Deleting your account removes our copy, not the chain.	Not ours to delete

Personal data is removed from our live systems immediately on deletion, and rolls out of backups within 30 days.

Deleting the app is not the same thing

Uninstalling Alfred removes it from your device but leaves your account on our servers untouched. If you want the data gone, use one of the two options above.
